A: HiredIn is open to everyone. We encourage people post information about the jobs they are looking for make recommendations about jobs to other members.

A: HiredIn is a open network for people who are both actively and passively seeking jobs to connect with recruiters, employers and other job seekers. We encourage users to talk about job openings and share their job search experiences with others. We want people to talk about jobs they know about within their own companies and make recommendations to other users.

A: Active Job Seeker: people who are actively searching for jobs, Casual Job Seekers: People who may know about jobs are browsing for a possible change, Recruiters & Employers
