Success (or failure) with Employee Referral systems
I am wondering if I could get some specific feedback. I was a career recruiter who was laid off in September of last year. Now, while I am freelance sourcing for candidates, I got hired doing sales for a vendor selling an Employee Referral System SAAS (software-as-a-service).
What I want to know is what successes (or failures) have you experienced with this type of service? Whether it has been as a candidate or hiring manager? I need to integrate feedback into our process to ensure that our system provides the very best service, and can address as many issues as possible.
