I had a candidate fall off her chair in front of me once and then she proceeded to cry. I had nothing to offer her - towel or wipes or anything. I felt so bad - I continued to interview her like nothing happened. Sucks. She was a terrible candidate but I stayed with her for almost 45 minutes.
